Who Can Use KBU Space

KBU Space is a marketplace for Kasem Bundit University students. By using this platform, you agree to:

• Be a current or former student of Kasem Bundit University
• Provide accurate information when creating your account
• Keep your account credentials secure
• Not create multiple accounts

Your Listings

• You are responsible for everything you post
• Listings must be for real items you actually have
• No prohibited items (weapons, drugs, stolen goods, etc.)
• Photos should be of the actual item you are selling
• We may remove listings that violate these rules

Buying & Selling

• All payments happen in person or outside the app — we do not process payments
• We are not responsible for disputes between buyers and sellers
• Meet in safe, public campus locations for exchanges
• Inspect items before paying

Messaging Rules

• Be respectful to other students
• No harassment, bullying, or threats
• No spam or scam messages
• No sharing of other people's personal information
• Messages can be reported to administrators

Bans & Enforcement

We may suspend or ban accounts that violate these terms. Banned accounts lose access to all features. Serious violations (scams, threats, illegal activity) result in immediate permanent bans.

Your Content

You own your listings, photos, and messages. However, by posting content on KBU Space, you give us permission to display it on the platform for as long as your account is active.

Disclaimer

KBU Space is provided as-is. We do our best to keep it running, but we cannot guarantee it will always be available or error-free. We are not responsible for any damages from using the platform.

Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Significant changes will be announced through the app. Continued use of KBU Space after changes means you accept the updated terms.
